PALATTY FOOD PRODUCTS is a project for processing Food products using Freeze drying method. We offer a wide range of freeze-dried products starting from household orders, small businesses, retail outlets to wholesale distribution in the Domestic Market. It is also expected to cater to buyers from International Market. Freeze Drying is used to process and preserve a whole range of food products. It dries out almost 98% of the water content while retaining the freshness, colour and aroma of the products. Freeze drying combines the best of both frozen and dehydrated methods. It preserves freshness, colour and aroma similar to frozen foods, while providing the shelf stable convenience of canned or dehydrated food. Freeze dried products are light weight hence are easy for transport, storage and handling. Products offer long shelf life without temperature control, retain original nutritional value and are contaminant free. Currently we offer a wide range of freeze dried fruits, vegetables and spices ranging from 30 grams retail pouches to bulk orders.
