Green Valley Oils, a Partnership firm, by three farmers is in the venture of producing quality coconut oil. We purchase coconut directly from farmers and dry them using hot air. So the dried coconut (Copra) is free from soot, dust etc and no sulphur as preservative. The copra is crushed using cold process expeller. This prevents the oil from boiling as happening in conventional expeller. Therefore, we are able to supply quality coconut oil to the customers. More over, the farmers are given a fair price, which prevents the middle men from cheating the farmers
